PERMIT REGULATIONS

Most Lakes in the Southeast are regulated lakes.  Here are the requirements for the two lakes we sell on directly.  Please call if you have questions regarding permitting on your lake.

Please note: You are responsible for dock permits from the regulating authority before installation. It may also be necessary to secure a separate permit from your subdivision. Separate permits may also be required for piers, rip rap/seawall, electric, etc. We strongly recommend you consult with us before applying for a permit on any lake or you may have to pay extra to get what you want.
