Five-step aluminum ladder with pipe rails similar to a pool ladder with a flip-up mechanism that enables ladder to be rotated 180° out of water. To store, roll the ladder back on its handrails and insert a clevis pin to secure. The ladder mounting is reinforced under the decking, not merely held in place with deck screws.

Two 8” galvanized cleats on each dockable side are bolted through to the frame of the dock.

The entire perimeter of the deck is covered with a heavyweight soft vinyl black bumper strip fastened with stainless steel screws and finishing washers.

Three-foot rigid black vinyl vertical bumper posts are fastened to 3” aluminum tubing at each roof post position. Outboard of the swimdeck(s) we weld and bumper a 3” aluminum capped post.

Black vinyl caps cover open ends of 2” gable roof purlins to ensure the birds and bees do not nest
